Hi, I’m Lynn.

I built this company for leaders like you.

I began in direct service—working hands-on with communities and leading programs. But I quickly realized that the deepest, most lasting change wasn’t happening at the program level. So I shifted toward the science of scale—expanding a program nationally, learning what it really takes to create systems change, and leading on-the-ground work that supported cross-sector leaders trying to make the whole ecosystem work better.

And through it all, I’ve kept asking one question: Can we do this work—the real work—without burning out?

The Collective Shift Co. is my answer. I’m a strategist, systems thinker, and Mental Projector who’s not afraid of complexity. I help you name what matters, clear the noise, and chart a path forward that actually aligns with your values and capacity.
